Hello dear Laverda customers—please read this!

Good news: we have found a successor!

Preparations are already underway to relocate the parts inventory—moving it about 100 km to the new owner, Markus Reuter, in Waldshut-Tiengen, Germany.

Because the move requires a lot of time, please be aware that orders likely won’t ship until late October 2026.

I have no idea exactly how everything will play out, but things will certainly change.

One thing is clear: Markus can only handle shipping parts;
he cannot provide any technical support via phone or email.
To address this, I’ve already acquired a dedicated tablet (essentially a large smartphone) with a specific number just for the Laverda community for 2025.
I will use this to support the new owner, Markus, for the next year or two.
However, I won’t be checking this number daily—at most, two or three times a month.
So, you will need to be patient.
In plain terms: clarify all technical questions via WhatsApp first, wait patiently for a reply, and *then* place your order in the shop.

A completely new online shop is also currently being programmed to replace my outdated system (which served well for about 15 years).
The goal is for everything to look exactly the same.

Nevertheless, some things will change, but you’ll get used to it.
The good news is that once Markus takes over and everything is up and running, spare parts will be shipped much more regularly.
After all, he certainly won’t be away for six months over the winter like I was.
Of course, mistakes are bound to happen—especially at the beginning—until everything settles into a routine.
With an operation this complex, that process can easily take a year or more.
So, please be understanding if something goes wrong.

# The transition period presents some issues
From September 1, 2026, orders placed in Andy Wagner’s shop will be invoiced by the new owner, Markus Reuter.
This arrangement will remain in place for a few months until the new shop goes online.

# The stock availability indicator is currently not accurate for all items; this means an item shown as "in stock" might not actually be available.

# Your order here will be processed and invoiced by the new owner of Laverda Paradies, Markus Reuter.
To facilitate this, we will pass your details on to him.
If you do not agree to this, please send your order confirmation back to us with a note saying
"Cancel order."
